I just thought real quick I'd show you one of Judi's architectural designs..similar to the one I am looking at on her video right now. Look at those shadows! Look at the wet juicy blends! Look at the design and composition! Yummy yummy yummy.
Now this is quite different from my usual style (see above). So I am challenging myself now to think a little differently about this piece. So...more about this journey as it unfolds.
Looking forward to seeing this one finished. I missed the post about Mason-Dixon line - here in S. IN/OH we serve sweet tea now, didn't used to - does that mean the line just shifted north?? And you can sometimes find Confederate flags on pick up trucks around here!!!
ReplyDeleteI think the Mason-Dixon line is ephemeral...and floats around depending on each town or county. There are NO confederate flags in WI that I have noticed! But southern ILL and southern IN and southern OH probably are the tipping points. KY and TN are pretty "Dixie" to me in most places but by AL and GA there is no doubt. I think my sister would agree that NC and SC are pretty Dixie too.
